#52 – Chicken, Wing Sauce, Ranch, Cheddar, and Chopped Iceberg in a Wrap

Ingredients

-Fajita chicken
-Wing Sauce
-Ranch dressing

-Shredded cheddar cheese
-Chopped iceberg lettuce
-Flour tortilla

Christian: Before writing this review, I went back and read what I wrote about the previous buffalo chicken wrap because this one was similar. And in the review for sandwich #16, I mentioned that I thought it wasn’t great because it was missing things like cheese and lettuce.

Well, guess what this wrap had?

(You actually don’t have to guess because I listed all of the ingredients above.)

This one was a classic buffalo chicken wrap. Could it have been better with maybe some avocado, or even some potato chips like in the previous one? Sure, but this one still had everything I need in a buffalo chicken wrap.

I loved it so much, I went back and made myself a second wrap.

Susannah: In theory, this is a perfect wrap: meat, veggies, cheese, and a zesty sauce. And in practicality, it’s probably a great wrap. But, I don’t know, maybe I wasn’t in the mood, or I didn’t add enough wing sauce; it was just flat.

No, I don’t want to be harsh; it was still decent and something I would do again and maybe not shy away from the spice. Crispy, breaded chicken would be even better, and add another texture. Maybe that was my problem – there wasn’t enough texture variety. It needed some crunch.
