Christian: Another chicken wrap. Like last time, we went with frozen fajita chicken strips, although this time we went with the Rotisserie flavor. They worked well and tasted great. We also went with a spinach tortilla wrap, and despite hearing about how we eat with our eyes first, it tasted like a regular flour tortilla.
As for the secret sauce, we began trying to recreate a certain special sauce that typically accompanies two all-beef patties, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame-seed bun. Then we started taking other condiments out of the fridge and mixing them all together. I doubt we could exactly replicate the precise mixture we made here, but it worked with the chicken and spinach.
I also think this was the first sandwich/wrap with Swiss that I could actually taste the cheese among the other flavors. I’m not a huge fan of this particular type of cheese, but I didn’t mind it here. If I did this one again, I still probably use another fromage, though.

Susannah: A special sauce, you say? What we made was mostly a concoction of several condiments, and it worked. It added much needed dressing to the spinach and tied everything together. We opted for a spinach and herb tortilla wrap, but truth be told, I don’t think it tasted any different from a normal flour tortilla. I will say, though, other than the barrage of condiments, it’s a healthy option and still tasty. I also feel this wrap is easy and super customizable. Swap out the Swiss for Pepper Jack and add some tomato and avocado. Or use Parmesan and Caesar dressing.
